Returns are only accepted if the product is unopened and in its original packaging.
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened items. If your product is unopened, use our contact form on our website within 7 days of delivery and we'll arrange a full refund once the item is received back in resaleable condition.
If your order arrives damaged or develops a fault, use our contact form on our website with a photo within 30 days and we'll send a replacement straight away.
